Bottled Water Supplier – Shipping Policy (USA Only)
1. Shipping Areas:
- We currently ship only within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii.
2. Processing Time:
- All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
3. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times:
- Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days.
- Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days.
- Overnight Shipping: 1-2 business days.
4. Shipping Rates:
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight of the order and the selected shipping method.
- Free standard shipping is available for orders over $50.
5. Order Tracking:
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order on the carrier’s website.
6. Shipping Address:
- Please ensure that the shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
