Bottled Water Supplier – Return Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns:

  • All return requests must be made within 14 days of the delivery date.
  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to be eligible for a return.
  • Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

2. Non-Returnable Items:

  • Opened or used products.
  • Customized or personalized items.
  • Items purchased on clearance or final sale.

3. Return Process:

  • Contact our customer service team.
  • Provide your order number, reason for return, and any supporting details.
  • Our team will review your request and provide instructions for returning the product.

4. Shipping Costs:

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product).
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for items lost in transit.

5. Inspection and Processing:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
  • If approved, your return will be processed, and a store credit or exchange will be provided within 7-10 business days.
