Bottled Water Supplier – Return Policy
1. Eligibility for Returns:
- All return requests must be made within 14 days of the delivery date.
- Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to be eligible for a return.
- Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
2. Non-Returnable Items:
- Opened or used products.
- Customized or personalized items.
- Items purchased on clearance or final sale.

- Provide your order number, reason for return, and any supporting details.
- Our team will review your request and provide instructions for returning the product.
4. Shipping Costs:
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product).
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for items lost in transit.
5. Inspection and Processing:
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
